After a brutal match which cause a few niggling injuries, the ACT Brumbies will no doubt have had more down time this week.
However they face a Cape Town Stormers line-up this Saturday night desperate for another victory on their Australasian tour.
It has been a tough start to the season for the Stormers, who have faced the Crusaders and Chiefs in consecutive weeks, and now face the Chiefs 2013 grand final opponents in the ACT Brumbies on their home turf
The South African venture has just one win for the season so far- a 19-18 win over Wellington at home- but they will take confidence into this week's clash knowing they have not fallen to the Brumbies since 2010.
They will also be the Brumbies' first South African opponent for 2014, so can employ some elements of surprise.
The Brumbies trained lightly to start the week and had Tuesday off, but will now be back to the drawing board to plan their first Protea attack.
It is likely they will take a similar approach to how they faced the Waratahs. The Stormers were torn to shreds by the Chiefs in Hamilton, New Zealand last week by their pin-point kicking game.
The Stormers have big, strong backliners, but the home side should attempt to bury them in their own half and move in for the kill as they did against the Tahs.
Any videos watched this week should involve these tactics.
